ENAI Global Private Limited is an EdTech company focused on Artificial Intelligence education, project-based learning, and startup incubation programs.

2. Programs Offered
ENAI Global provides AI training and development programs including but not limited to:

• Python Fundamentals
• Generative AI
• Agentic AI
• CrewAI
• Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
• AI model development and deployment
• Industry-based AI project development

Programs may be delivered through:
• Online learning platforms
• Offline classroom sessions
• Hybrid training programs

3. Enrollment and Eligibility
Students enrolling in ENAI Global programs must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Provide accurate information during registration
• Agree to abide by course policies and program guidelines

ENAI Global reserves the right to deny or cancel enrollment if inaccurate information is provided.

4. Course Fees and Payments
Students may pay course fees using the following methods:

• UPI
• Payment Gateway
• Bank Transfer

Enrollment will be confirmed only after successful payment verification. ENAI Global reserves the right to modify course fees for future batches.

5. Refund Policy
Refund requests will be handled according to the following policy:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 15 working days of payment
• Only partial refunds may be considered depending on the services already provided
• No refund will be provided after enrollment confirmation and course access activation, except where required by law

Refund approval remains at the discretion of ENAI Global.

6. Certification
Upon successful completion of the course requirements, students may receive:

• Course Completion Certificate
• Industry Internship Certificate (if applicable)
• Incubation Participation Certificate (for selected projects)

Certificates will be issued only after fulfilling course completion requirements.

7. Student Projects and Intellectual Property
Students may create AI projects and applications during the program. The following conditions apply:

• ENAI Global may showcase student projects for educational or promotional purposes with appropriate credit.
• Projects developed under incubation or industry collaboration may require additional agreements.

Students must ensure that their work does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

8. Industry Projects
Students may participate in live industry projects as part of their learning experience.
Participation in such projects:

• Is intended for educational purposes
• Does not constitute employment
• Does not guarantee job placement

9. Startup Incubation Program
Outstanding student projects may be selected for the ENAI Global Incubation Centre.
Selected projects may receive:

• Mentorship from industry professionals
• Startup development support
• Marketing and branding guidance
• Networking opportunities
• Investor introductions

The incubation period may last 6 to 9 months.

10. Equity Participation in Incubated Startups
For startups selected for incubation:
ENAI Global may receive a minor equity stake in the startup in exchange for incubation support, mentorship, and business development assistance.
Specific equity terms will be governed through separate incubation agreements.

11. No Guarantee of Employment or Funding
ENAI Global provides education, mentorship, and startup support.
However, ENAI Global does not guarantee:

• Employment opportunities
• Job placement
• Startup funding
• Commercial success of projects

Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and external factors.

12. Rapid Changes in AI Technology
Artificial Intelligence technologies evolve rapidly.
ENAI Global does not guarantee that:

• Technologies taught will remain industry standards indefinitely
• Tools used in training will remain unchanged

Course content may be updated periodically.

13. Student Conduct
Students must not:

• Copy or distribute course material without permission
• Engage in plagiarism or academic misconduct
• Misuse AI tools for illegal activities
• Disrupt training sessions or learning environments

Violation may lead to termination from the program without refund.

14. Limitation of Liability
ENAI Global Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Startup or project outcomes
• Job placement expectations

All programs are provided on an educational basis only.

15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India including the:

• Information Technology Act, 2000
• Consumer Protection Act, 2019

16. Jurisdiction
Any disputes relating to ENAI Global services or website use shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
